Yes — we encourage you to arrive 15 minutes early. This gives you time to get settled, review the set, and run a quick sound check.
If you anticipate arriving significantly earlier, just let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Yes, you can, provided the studio isn’t already booked immediately after you. If time permits, we’d be happy to extend your booking on the spot! Just inform us before the end of your scheduled time.
To reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled booking may be subject to a cancellation fee. This fee may include a portion of the deposit or booking amount, and in some cases, the full booking fee may apply.
Our studio comfortably accommodates up to 40 people (including the host/guest(s)).
For sets, it depends on which set you choose. the number of individuals can be fold when booking the set. It displays the number of seats total, including the host. If you need more let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly and ensure proper equipment and safety protocols.
Our bookings are inclements of 90 minutes.
Our studio is equipped with professional-grade gear including high-definition video cameras (up to 4K), multiple lens options, cinematic lighting kits, professional-grade microphones, audio interfaces, and sound-treated acoustics.
We also provide studio monitors, high-quality headphones, our set setups, and all necessary cables and stands. If there’s a specific or custom piece of equipment you need, just let us know — we aim to accommodate.
Not at all. While podcasting is a part of our service, we also support:
- Interview-style videos
- Corporate messaging or training videos
- Social media content (short-form, reels, promo clips)
- Coaching sessions, webinars, influencer content, etc.
Basically — any content you need, in audio or video format. We’re a full-service content studio.
At this time we do not have on location/remote services, but we plan to roll some out!
Once your session is complete and the files are processed, we deliver RAW video (and audio) files via a secure cloud download link (e.g., Dropbox, Google Drive, or a similar service). For the quickest turnaround, we recommend bringing a high-speed SSD like the Samsung T7 or T9. These drives are ultra-reliable and ideal for safely transferring large video files without delays or data risk. Don’t have one? No problem—we’ve got you covered. We can provide a Samsung T7 drive on-site for a small additional fee. With the right gear, we’ll have your content transferred and ready to go in under 30 minutes, so you can stay focused on what matters most—creating. This is sent within 24 hours of your session ending.
Typically, raw audio and video files are delivered within 24 hours after your session.
If you’ve requested editing, final edited versions are usually ready within 3–5 business days (depending on scope). If you need faster turnaround, we offer accelerated delivery, just let us know.
Editing can significantly enhance the quality and professionalism of your content. For instance: removing awkward pauses, trimming mistakes, tightening pacing, cleaning up audio (removing background noise, balancing levels), color-correcting video, adding intros/outros or graphics, and optimizing for different platforms (social media reels, full-length podcast, web page, etc.).
If you plan to publish or share publicly, editing helps ensure polish and audience engagement.
Yes. By default, we deliver separate uncompressed audio and raw video tracks. That gives you maximum flexibility — you can re-edit, remix, or repurpose content for social media, long-form video, audiograms, and more.
If you request, we can also deliver a combined master (video with embedded audio).
Yes — we support live streaming for clients who want to broadcast directly from our studio.
We can stream to your chosen platform (e.g., YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn) and manage the technical side. Let us know when booking so we can plan the correct configuration and bandwidth.
At minimum, bring yourself (and any guests or co-hosts), any show notes or scripts you plan to use, and if you want custom branding — any logos or graphics can be brought on hard drive or emailed upon booking.
If you’re using a custom set or backdrop, bring the materials (or we can design/print if arranged ahead). Otherwise, we supply everything: equipment, backdrop, mics, lighting, cables, etc.
Your booking includes studio access for the scheduled time slot; all audio and video equipment; lighting; backgrounds/backdrops; sound treatment; headphones/monitors; basic on-site technical support; and final delivery of raw (and optionally edited) media files via secure download.
If you requested extras (additional cameras, editing, live-streaming, etc.), those are considered add-ons.
That’s no problem — you can add extra cameras, microphones, or other equipment for an additional fee. Just let us know when you book, so we can ensure the proper setup and have all gear ready.

Yes. We offer strategic content consultation including: show planning, branding guidance, structure and flow consulting, and post-production advice.
Whether you’re a first-time podcaster or a seasoned content creator looking to refine your process, we can help you plan and execute effectively. Consultation can be scheduled independently or bundled with a recording session.
