Production Suite CLE – Terms of Service

Welcome to Production Suite CLE — Cleveland’s #1 business creative hub! We're honored to support you in creating high-quality, stress-free content. Before stepping into our full-service studio, please review these Terms of Service. By booking and using our facilities, you agree to the terms outlined below. 1. Studio Booking and Reservations

  • All studio sessions must be reserved in advance on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 72 hours prior to your session. Late cancellations may incur additional charges.

2. Studio Access and Hours

  • Studio access is granted only during your reserved time slot.

  • Standard operating hours are Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

  • Extended hours may be available upon request and are subject to availability.

  • Clients must exit the studio promptly at the end of their booked time.

3. Equipment Use and Responsibility

  • Treat all studio equipment with respect and care.

  • You are financially responsible for any damage caused to equipment during your session.

  • Please notify staff immediately of any malfunctions or issues.

4. Video Production Features

  • Our video setup includes 4K multi-cam options, professional studio lighting, visual branding monitors, and live-switch editing capabilities.

  • Additional camera angles, microphones, or custom editing services may be available for an extra fee.

  • All footage is delivered to you digitally unless otherwise arranged.

5. Audio Production Setup

  • Our standard audio package includes professional microphones, a multi-track mixer, and sound-enhancing equipment.

  • Sessions can be expanded with additional audio channels and custom configurations upon request.

6. Payment and Fees

  • Full payment is required before your session begins.

  • Additional fees may apply for overages, add-ons, or extended sessions.

  • Custom packages and recurring bookings are available with advance arrangement.

7. Code of Conduct

  • We maintain a professional, respectful environment for all clients.

  • Disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate termination of your session without a refund.

8. Liability and Personal Property

  • Production Suite CLE is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

  • Clients are encouraged to secure their valuables and have appropriate insurance coverage if bringing personal gear.

9. Content Rights and Media Usage

  • All rights to your recorded content remain yours.

  • With your written permission, Production Suite CLE may request to use select clips for promotional or portfolio purposes.

10. Termination of Services

  • We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services at our discretion for violations of these terms or any behavior that jeopardizes the safety or integrity of our space.
